Quick answers
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We send you a six-digit code. Type that code back in the app along with your new password, and you're in. The code works for one hour. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the email you signed up with was typed correctly.
A meal was analyzed wrong
Open the meal and tap "Not quite right? Correct it". Tell it what it got wrong in your own words — "that's 2 eggs, not 1" — and it re-reads the same meal. Estimates come from AI reading a photo, so they're a guide, not a lab measurement.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Katuka. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Katuka. We can't cancel it for you: Apple or Google handles the billing. If you cancel during the 7 free days, you pay nothing. Refunds also go through them: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through Google Play.
I paid and the app still won't unlock
Open the subscription screen and tap "Restore my purchase". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (on Android, the same Google account) you bought it with. If it still doesn't work, write to us with the date of purchase.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Profile → Account → Delete my account. It removes your account, every meal, workout and weight you logged, and your photos. It's immediate and can't be undone. If you want a copy first, use "Export my data" right next to it.
Apple Health isn't syncing
Check that you gave permission in Settings → Privacy & Security (on Android, in Health Connect) → Health → Katuka. Katuka only reads from Health, it never writes to it.
Face ID or fingerprint doesn't unlock the app
You can always get in with your device passcode from the same lock screen. If you can't get past it, there's a sign-out button right there, and signing back in resets it.
